Tom Tepper, artist and architect, was born in New York City and raised in Washington, D.C., where he practiced architecture for over 35 years. He and his wife retired full-time to Rappahannock County in 1992, where he currently spends his time designing private homes, drawing, working with the local Lions Club and the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and enjoying the bucolic scenery of this beautiful piece of Virginia.
Mr. Tepper creates beautiful pen and ink drawings of Rappahannock County, Virginia. He creates architectural renderings in pen and ink on commission for local homes and businesses, and provides architectural services for private clients for new home designs, renovations and additions.
