Minerva is the Roman counterpart to Greek Athena, often depicted holding a drop spindle. She was the virgin goddess of poetry, medicine, wisdom, commerce, weaving, crafts and magic, and was the inventor of music.

This yarn is a wonderful, incredibly lustrous and shiny blend of 50% Merino / 50% Bombyx Silk Two ply,  aran/light worsted, very soft and excellent for next-to-skin wear, sweaters, scarves, hats and mittens.
