Decima is a Roman Goddess, one of the Three Fates who measured the Thread of Life. Her Greek counterpart is Lachesis.
This is an absolutely beautiful laceweight yarn. A blend of 80% superfine merino and 20% bombyx silk, his yarn has the most amazing sheen, blocks beautifully but is not nearly as slippery to work with as 100% silk.
1.76 ounces (50g), 550 yards per skein.
Please note that the original labels on this yarn marked it as 80% merino / 20% silk. My apologies; I had the percentages incorrect!)
